Our mission is to provide a simple yet powerful way for people to report problems in their surroundings and bring the authorities' attention to their everyday issues. Whether it's potholes, streetlight failures, waste management, water supply disruptions, or any other public concern, MyKartavyam allows users to easily log complaints and follow their progress. Our aim is to foster a more responsive and accountable system where every voice matters, and every issue can be addressed effectively.

Issues logged here are automatically pushed to 'X' (formerly Twitter) through AI for authorities to take notice of it and provide a resolution. The complaint while being posted captures the exact problem location via Google Maps.
